Positive: The lobby was just renovated and they even have a tavern! Check in was quick and everyone was so friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast they had a large variety of items and the breakfast hostess was so helpful. We will definitely come back !

Positive: The only positive was the location, which was convenient and close to the highway. Newly remodeled lobby.
Negative: This hotel met our basic needs, but we were disappointed with the outdated rooms—they could definitely use some renovating. We were also shocked to learn there was no elevator to help carry our very heavy luggage to an upper floor, which could be a serious accessibility issue for those with limited mobility.

Positive: Met expectations of a room to sleep in with expected amenities, breakfast.
Negative: Reservation through booking.com was messed up at the receiving end of the hotel; it showed but under another unrecognized name. Desk had to re - enter the entire reservation on the spot to book at room. Initially gave us a single bed when we reserved 2 queens, but was resolved almost immediately. Hotel could use an update. Stayed at three Clarion hotels this trip and this one needs to be remodeled to be more customer - friendly and modern.

Positive: I enjoyed my stay there! The staff was welcoming and greeted me when I was checking in. The room had extremely comfortable bed and it was clean. I liked how the TV had apps and I got to stream a few shows on Paramount. They had a Pool and Jim, but I did not get to use it. The breakfast was awesome because they had a lot of options and there was someone working at the breakfast area that was super friendly. I recommend this place because it’s well priced and way better than the Hampton Inn in Battle Creek.
